Leadership
Good leaders need one essential thing: a good team. I focus on fostering a strong collaborative environment with my direct reports, where their input feels valued and their strengths are utilized. I'm proud to say I continue relationships to this day with not just my direct reports, but many of my previous coworkers and partners as well.
My management style
I meet with my direct reports 1:1 weekly. We go through pressing items that I encourage them to add as part of our agenda. Part of my management style is gently providing my direct reports, over time, the freedom and flexibility they need to independently feel confident in their job, while being a constant resource for any issues that may arise.

Tools I use to manage my day-to-day
I typically use Slack for team communication, and Asana, Trello, or ClickUp to organize projects and team needs.

I rely heavily on Google Meets, and depending on the type of marketing, there are a number of tools I'm very comfortable and seasoned in using:
📊 Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau
📂 Asana, Monday, Slack, Wrike, ClickUp, Trello
📲 Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Buffer, Pixlee
🎬 Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut
🎯 Zapier, Jasper, ChatGPT, Framer, n8n
