Event
Over thirty influencer screenings. Twenty conventions. Three Esports tournaments. What's next?!
I'm proud to showcase my history of event management. Coordinating multiple departments to rally together in one united goal is no easy feat. Conceiving events, influencer reach out, talent coordination, onsite production, tracking coverage, and finally - presenting the results - is a long game. All these experiences have coalesced into confident, professional expertise.
I've event managed for brands at:
San Diego Comic-Con
Anime Expo
Anime NYC
New York Comic Con
CinemaCon

San Diego Comic-Con: Welcome to the Ito-Verse Exhibit
This 2023 event showcased the globally reknown horror manga master at the world's epicenter of media entertainment.
I created an event plan focused on the newsworthiness of Junji Ito's appearance at Comic-Con, prioritizing a cohesive suite of branded promotional videos and static images. I also strategized a paid media plan that would accumulate millions of impressions.
I worked with my team to secure talent, secure onsite filming locations, coordinate with agencies, agree on a project timeline, and above all ensure that we would be delivering top tier viral content that would elevate our brand.
Our content sparked immediate reactions and shares. Searches of our brand spiked. Awareness of our events and booth spiked during a busy Comic-Con weekend in which many brands were competing for the same coverage.
Our unified event coordination, paired with the plans I had prepared, resulted in increased foot traffic to our booth, meeting our capacity goals for the Junji Ito exhibit in which multiple attendees cited our paid ads as their first source of information. We sold out of products at our booth in record time, and our event coverage was viewed by millions.
